The illustrations are taken from the unique collection of Stations of the Cross placed in St George's Cathedral to mark the Millennium. They appear by kind permission of the Sandrouni Brothers, who designed and fashioned the original glazed ceramic tiles in their pottery in the Armenian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. Copies of the booklet may be obtained from Michael Sellors, at Cranford House, 56 Cromer Road, West Runton, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 9AD. The cost in the UK is £1.50 each including post and packing. Overseas readers should add a little more. Indeed, all purchasers might like to add a donation, knowing that proceeds from sales will go to St George's Cathedral. Michael Sellers is now Co-ordinator of the Benedictine Community's Academy for Peace on Mount Zion, which hopes to find ways for Israelis and Palestinians to meet and come to appreciate each other. Alongside this is the Community's very determined commitment to pray for peace. |
