Dr. Samy Fawzy, Archbishop of the Episcopal/Anglican Province of Alexandria, presided over the service of granting a license to James Teller as a British secular servant to serve foreign parishes in Egypt, at All Saints Cathedral in Zamalek.
The Archbishop explained – in a statement issued by the church today – that the tasks of the lay minister include assisting the pastor of the English-speaking church, “Rev. Roger Simpson” in all tasks and matters of the church and worship according to the traditions of the Episcopal/Anglican Church.
