For his part, Archbishop Samy Fawzy presented the vision of the parish for this year, which is entitled “A Living Church for a Better Society”, stressing the importance of the Sunday School servant’s role in achieving this vision and instilling it in the child of today, who represents the Church of tomorrow. He also prayed in advance of all support and encouragement for service and servants.

The conference focused on presenting a curriculum for Sunday school leaders, providing books for children and teachers of all ages, and training on how to use it.

The conference included a lecture on how to present the lesson in five interesting steps, a workshop for handicrafts, presenting innovative ideas from available materials, as well as a lecture on child health and how to detect common diseases and alert parents to them, such as anaemia, worms, visual impairment, and ADHD.
